Soccer Fun!!

This year our friends Bryan and Nicole Weaver decided to branch out from their "Gym on the Run" personal training business and start a soccer league for kids. They were hoping for enough kids to make at least two teams and ended up with over 60 kids!! It was a fantastic deal! For $20 the kids got a t-shirt, a trophy, and 5 weeks of soccer!!! The girls loved it. A few of the games were cold but they still had fun. Aaron was a referee and helped coach Ava's team.

April Fools!

I had WAY too much fun on April Fool's day this year! For breakfast I gave the girls glasses of "juice" which was actually jello, put food coloring in their bowls before the cereal so it "magically" turned the milk colored, gave them fish sticks for lunch which ended up being vanilla wafers rolled in peanut butter and corn flakes, short sheeted their beds, stuffed tissue in the end of their shoes and last but not least... made a beautiful "cake" for dinner! It looks appetizing doesn't it? We had Audrey over for dinner as well, they were all SO excited to eat cake for dinner!! What they did not know is that it was MEAT LOAF with MASHED POTATO frosting!! To both Aaron and my surprise it looked exactly like carrot cake! Of course after the first bite both Hannah and Ava knew that it was not really cake, however Audrey being only 3 1/2 did not know anything other than the fact that she was being served cake for dinner. She was scarfing it down so fast and when I asked her "Is this the best cake ever?" she responded with "NO" but did not skip a beat finishing every last bite as fast as possible (maybe she thought that we would realize we gave her cake and would take it away). Anyway, it was pretty funny... we were so sad that we did not have the video camera rolling.

Will's a walking!!

Okay so it has been 4 months, but I thought you would like to see a video anyway! Will started walking when he was 14 months old (so back in march). The funny thing was that he walked around with his arms straight up in the air for almost a full 2 months! It was cute, but SO funny! We love our little man!!

Hannah's school play

Back in March... or was it April? Sorry for not keeping track. Hannah had a school play and had the leading part of Mother Goose! She had tons of lines and memorized them overnight! She is a very studious child :) She did a fantastic job and did not even get nervous! I think the hardest part of the play was trying to keep two one year olds happy ;)

This and that.

Busy and Demanding!

The babies are getting busier and more demanding by the day! Here is a picture of Will sitting in the "kids" drawer, and a picture of the two of them in their high chairs... they had been holding hands and screaming because they were ready for breakfast! Who is running this show?
