Dedication

On June 29 we had all 4 children dedicated at church. When we dedicated our children to the Lord we are recognizing that they are his children and we are here as their parents to do our part to teach them and raise them for his work and glory. It is our responsibility as parents to provide a Christian household and example for them to follow so that they might also serve Him. "Train a child in the way he should go, and he is old he will not turn from it."

The day was very special, it was my birthday and it was exactly a year ago to the day that we found out we were having twins. We were able to share in this special day with both my mom and dad and Aaron's mom and dad as well as my brother Taylor, Aaron's brother Courteney his wife Aspen and their daughter Audrey and Aspens sister Aubrey and her husband Derek as well as our church family. We are grateful that we waited until now to have all the children dedicated. Our church family and our Pastor hold such special place in our hearts it is the first church that we have been involved in that really feels like home and if we miss a Sunday we truly feel as though we have missed a major lesson to start the week off with. Church is such a special part of our lives and we are so thankful that God has lead us to such a wonderful church that is truly teaching His word.
